JOURNEY THAT LED TO THE FORMATION OF SAI NILAYAM

Firstly we would start with the words” WORDS FAIL TO DESCRIBE THE BONDING WE HAVE WITH BABA .”  The fact is we  never knew BABA or SHIRDI till 1996. We used to go to ANNAVARAM and TIRUPATHI.  During those days, I  was working with Glaxo and due to some health issues had to resign the job. While working, I  bought a flat in Kakinada. Later when I  resigned the job one of my  friend Suryanarayana garu suggested me that we would start some business. Unfortunately, we suffered huge losses in the business and was shut down. Financially we were suffering as we invested all the money in the business. The severity was too high that getting food also was difficult. We had two kids who were studying and many more responsibilities.

In the building in where we  were staying had four flats which were to be sold.  The builder Jaya Kumar garu offered me  that he would give some money, if I  would help him in selling those flats.  One day Jaya Kumar garu asked me  to come to Shirdi so that my problems will be solved. Until then we never knew Shirdi. Prasanna told me  to go to Shirdi as Jaya Kumar garu himself had asked me to come. He asked  me to come to Hyderabad as he was staying there and from there, can go by car. I  started from Kakinada and reached Hyderabad, stayed in brother in laws house which was situated in Ramnagar. Jaya Kumar garu was staying in West Maredpally and he asked me to come to his house early in the morning by 4.30. Now, how to go from Ramnagar to West Maredpally as getting an auto rickshaw was also difficult in early hours.  I somehow started early by 3 AM and was standing out. Just then an auto came and he asked me “MEERU WEST MAREDPALLY VELLALI KADA NENU AKKADIKE VELTHUNANU. MIMMALNI AKKADA DIMPUTHANU, RANDI”.(You have to go to West Maredpally, I am also going the same way and I will drop you). I was in a hurry, boarded the auto reached the destination paid the driver and the auto left. Then I  had a thought HOW DID THE DRIVER KNOW THAT I HAD TO GO TO WEST MAREDPALLY? NOR DID I TELL HIM, NOR DID HE ASK ME AND I DID NOT TELL ANY OTHER AUTO DRIVER. But those days I  were not into much of understanding the miracles of BABA. I  did not realize the fact that it was BABA who helped me. I finished the  Shirdi trip and returned back to Kakinada.

One day Deepthi and Kartik returned from school and told myself and Prasanna that “NAANA NEEKU MANCHI JOB VASTHUNDHI“. They told Prasanna that, while getting down the bus they met a man who was tall, wearing a white dress and the man told that I  will get a nice job. Prasanna ran into the balcony to see, who it was?  But no one was there. We thought that the kids were telling just like that as there were very young and we did not take it seriously. Deepthi was 4 and Karthik was 3. I  was in a job search and at that time I  got an opportunity from Newzland for a job role related to pharmacy.  I  had to deposit 1.5 lakh and as the financial condition was not strong, I  had to forgo the offer.

Later I  started applying for jobs with the  previous experience through consultancies in Mumbai. I  applied through one consultancy named MELCO MANAGEMENT.

Within twelve days, I  got a call letter for a government job in Saudi Arabia and I  was asked to submit the  passport and deposit twenty five thousand.  I immediately started to Mumbai, submitted all the documents, paid the cash and decided to go to Shirdi. In the train, I  met a person and both of us were conversing. During the conversation, the person told me not to go to Saudi as the culture and life style are very different and it will be very difficult for us to adjust.  He told me not to accept the job, even if I got selected.

Meanwhile, when I  was in Mumbai Prasanna got another offer  in Kakinada from MELCO Management stating that I  got a job in Doha, Qatar. It was the joining letter and I  had to report within the next fifteen days. After Shirdi darshan, I  came back to Kakinada and saw the joining letter. I  was in a dilemma because I  handed over the passport and already paid twenty five thousand cash to another consultancy. What to do was the biggest question? After two days, I had a call from the other consultancy and they informed  me as it was Ramzan season the job was on hold for two months. They asked me to come and collect the passport along with the cash.  In addition to that, they also gave the ticket fare for Second AC.

 1. Now is it really possible to get a job without an interview?

2. Getting a job in our own country itself is difficult, but I  had the joining letter from an organization outside India.

3. An unknown person telling me not to go to Saudi.

4. The consultancy giving back the passport and cash.

Generally consultancies do not do that, they tell the candidates to wait till they get the call. How did all these coincide? What are all these? TRULY, THESE ARE MIRACLES OF BABA . That day we realized that it was BABA, who helped them in every difficult situation of our life. Either the auto driver or the person whom I  met in the train or the person whom Deepthi and Karthik met, “ALL THESE PERSONS ARE NONE OTHER THAN BABA”. BABA WAS, IS AND WILL BE WITH US GUIDING EVERY SECOND IN OUR LIVES. This is how, BABA came into our lives and made us his devotees .

After I  got the letter I  immediately started to Mumbai, went to the consultancy collected the passport and from there to MELCO submitted all the documents and returned back. Since I  had to report in fifteen days, I  immediately started packing and left to Doha as per the joining date in the offer letter.  I  could not take Prasanna, the kids were too young to miss my prescence  and I  was also worried. Then Prasanna told me that, she will manage with kids and gave me the support and strength.  But Prasanna also knew it was difficult to manage because those days communication was difficult as there were no mobile phones.  I reached Doha and I  started to settle there. In Doha, there was an examination that needs to be cleared to get eligibility to work as pharmacist. The organization which recruited gave me the permission to study for three months and even paid salary during that period. I  cleared the exam and within a year I  got driving license and family status visa, which are the most difficult things to get in Doha.  After I  left to Doha, Prasanna started for the first time in her life BABA PARAYANAM.  When she was studying CHOLKARS story she was inspired by that and decided to leave COFFEE for BABA till the time I  settled in Doha and took the family there. She used to go to BABA’S temple nearby her house and daily listen to arthi all four times a day.  After one year I  came to India and we all together  left to Doha.

After going there, my  organization provided me a car.  But the salary I  got was barely sufficient for paying house rent and for kid’s education. Prasanna thought, why did I come here BABA? But everything in known to BABA. In Kakinada I wanted to learn BDPS course and paid money to join the course.  But since I  had to move Doha I couldn’t continue the course.I  spoke to the institute person and made sure  that Prasanna could learn it.

One day Deepthi told Prasanna that she will get a job in two days. Then Prasanna thought, how I will get a job? I have no experience at all and am just a graduate. The next day in Gulf Times paper, there was an opening for a women sales secretary who knows telugu.  The name of the organization is “Jassim Decorations and Services” (Now called as Jassim Brothers). Prasanna attended the interview and as long as the interview was going she had a feeling that she was sitting in front of BABA but not in front of the interviewer.  She was not at all confident that she would get the job because all the answers to the questions were a “NO “. The boss Mr.Sager Ibrahim Alghanim told her that he was planning to put her in man power recruitment. She had to handle recruitment, communicate between sheiks, manpower and resolve if any issues.

1. Do you have any computer knowledge?

Prasanna said that she learnt Ms Office.

2. He asked her if she had any experience.

She said no and would learn in a month’s time, if trained up.

3 .Then he asked her, why she was planning to work?

Prasanna openly explained him everything and told him that, if she starts earning she can provide good education to her children. The chairperson told her, he had only one condition that she shouldn’t wear a sari as it is not acceptable in their country and no heavy ornaments should be worn. They can wear salwar’s. From the next day onwards, Prasanna started to go to work and the salary fixed was twelve hundred  riyals. Based on her performance they would think about the hike.  Is this all not BABA’S MIRACLE.  HIS WORDS ARE ALWAYS TRUE. What Deepthi said was true, so lucky she is. She had the opportunity to talk to BABA.  The suggestions given by  Prasanna to her chairperson , the organization which was a startup reached to the number one position within this period of seven years.  This is how BABA gave Prasanna also a job in Doha and saved us  again.

Is it possible to get a job when we do not meet the requirements of the job? No, all these are miracles of BABA.

After Prasanna started working, the life was going smooth and Deepthi completed her 10th standard. She did not want to study as there was not much competition.  So we decided to join both of them in India for their further education. We  rented a flat, hired a maid to cook and left back to Doha. Every two months, Prasanna used to come to India and meet the kids.  Every time she came to India she used to go to Shirdi. After few years of experience her salary was raised to eightenn hundred  riyals. Once Prasanna came to India on an official trip and was in Hyderabad. Then her brother bought a flat in Sahara. She also had a thought of buying a flat as they did not own a house till that time. She decided to buy  in the same apartments. She paid sixty thousand cash; whatever she had in hand and every month fifty thousand  installment. She took this decision without asking me. When back in Doha I  asked her how are we going to pay the monthly EMI’s.

She had only one answer “BABA IS THERE AND HE WILL TAKE CARE” These words of Prasanna turned true in future. In between, she had to come to India during Karthik’s exams and took two months leave after approval from the chair person. But she couldn’t go back for six months. After six months when she returned back to Doha and sent a message to her chairperson  “Sir, Can I come back to work?”  The answer was “Immediate”. Then her chairperson  told that she can come back to work immediately and was waiting for her to return to the organization. He asked her, why she took such a long leave. She told him it was her son’s tenth exams and children are most important in her life.  He was happy for her honesty and the cause for leave was acceptable. She was back to work. The biggest surprise was the he raised her salary by five hundred riyals and her salary was now two thousand three hundred  riyals. Then the payment of monthly installment for the apartment became easy and within a year we got the flat registered.

1. Is it possible to come back to the same job after 6months, a case where leave was taken without prior intimation? That too in a foreign country.

2. Will any organization raise the salary after coming from a long leave?

                                      It is all BABA’S SUPPORT.

The other point is we need to learn is  HARD WORK LEADS TO SUCCESS. The chair person  was waiting for Prasanna to come back. What is the reason for him to wait? Will he not get employees? The fact is getting employees is not difficult but getting honest, hardworking and dedicated persons is difficult. She has all these qualities, so that’s the reason he did not want to lose an employee like her. GOD IS ALWAYS THERE IN HARD WORK.  SO BABA IS ALWAYS THERE, WHERE THERE IS HONESTY AND HARD WORK.

By 2005, Prasanna became very busy and the chairperson  gave her the power of attorney.  She was multi-tasking in handling the organization’s accounts, heading recruitment for six countries; she was the secretary to her chairperson  and was travelling to various countries on official purpose. As kids grew up and for further higher education of Deepthi we sold the flat in Kakinada.  Deepthi got a seat in BE comp science but as she was interested in ECE we had to pay some extra money.  All our relatives scolded us for selling the flat for a girl’s education, but we kept aside all the words and went ahead with her decision.  Later Prasanna had a vision about the flat in Vishakapatnam. Once the flat was finalized, she went back and told her chairperson that she bought a flat.  After a few days the chairperson told her that if she can give targeted number of recruitments he would give her a certain percentage of the business.  She could reach the highest level in her career. All this happened because of her faith, trust, love towards BABA and the most important is “patience”.

THIS IS HOW, BABA BONDED WITH US. THE SRADDHA , SABURI AND TRUST WE HAVE ON BABA IS WHAT WE ARE TODAY.
